You can only get rid of them completely after a reboot.regarding B) - NO, because the interface type can not be changed. Now to solve this problem make default configuration subinterface, do write memory and reload the router. i've tried no interface s0/0.1 and when i come to re-create it as the other type it says cannot change type. get redirected here Thats right.
