When we host sites on IIS, the Worker Process (w3wp.exe) is used to run the web application. I have a new laptop and I cannot get VS 2005 F5 debugging of asp.net aplications to work. They are: Default Application Pool Generic Application Pool State Server Application Pool Now, my SampleWebSite is associated with the DefaultAppPool. however the problem arises when i try to use any other servers, I am currently using iis 7.5, and trying to debug on server, but alas when i reach some region news
Any ideas? The web server is not configured correctly. oh well all hell break loose i guess. This is most frustrating. (I am using ASP Classic BTW) What more can I do short of going back to XP?
