The IP for NAT is hardcoded and so has the same IP across all VMs. Further if you want bridge connection, add new network and use for bridge connection (so can access to internet) or a client access your databases (or connect from putty etc..)HTH- Pavan I set IP manually for VMnet8 to 192.168.18.1.
