You may also experience a situtation whereby you have to explicitly add the IP address of the NFS storage to the firewall settings for NFS as I have seen in the Rena I did finally get in to the directory via command line and the reason esxcfg-firewall doesn't work is because it's not listed..so does that mean there is no firewall?
