In that short time it would have been impossible for someone to be there that quickly for you. You may also want to check and make sure that you audio volum control is not muted. the speakers are pluged in correctly, the only sound i get is a bit of white noise every once in a while. and audio is turned on in the bios. The volume control will not appear in the task bar or will any of the music player play. Mucked up the shared computer, been tearing my hair out trying to fix this; did what you said and it worked!
