Check if you are able to ping the server. Domain Not Available Windows Server 2003 ie. It doesn't have limewire and is generally a pretty clean computer. Everything that I have googled regarding this error so far refers to networks, but this computer has never been connected to any network, ever.

Hahaha, I am the only person who uses that computer, I don't count my 8 years old brother and my technological-handicapped mother..... You should contact your Domain Administrator IT dept for help. Microsoft has a hotfix for it, but if you can't get into your computer you can't apply it.
