No, create an account now. Browsing on that PC to another exchange 2010 does work. I deleted it, saved the file, made a copy Hosts.bak, rebooted, went to check her email and it worked perfectly. Maybe those certs are not compatible with Exchange 2003 OWA??

However, in my installation, I only see one website called 'Exchange Web Site'. I am running SBS2003 SP2. and the best effort i will ask you try that..restart the exchange server. If it is not responding internally, then it appears as mentioned by @JohnnyD74 that IIS is having some issues.
