Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended. If this has something to do with it please inform me or otherwise, please help me, since this was a fairly expensive computer and headset. Also, please let us know what steps you've already taken to try to fix the problem.
