Turns out a few of the digits were 'deleted' somehow when I unplugged the wall jack and so the security wasn't allowing me onto the internet. I have called the number on my monthly bill three times in the last 24 hours, and cannot get anyone to answer. OK your way out of all the boxes and hopefully all will be good after that.
