wimplash commented Jan 22, 2015 When I originally had my .vimrc set up, I was using the older version of vundle and I had colorscheme solarized on the line following Bundle I was typing it as colorscheme.vim and it wouldn't recognize it with the file extension. What is the final value of your runtimepath? I moved my call pathogen#infect() up to the top of my .vimrc and all is swell now.

Additional personal colors can be placed in ~/.vim/colors/. From what I can tell most my other settings work, just not colorscheme. How can I get it so that if I make changes to the ~/.vim/vimrc file it will make the changes everywhere else?
